What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?
The road to success isn’t always an easy road specially when one picks up an unconventional route. I am a First Generation Entrepreneur and the journey hasn’t been easy. One of the biggest challenge has been dealing with the mindset and preconceived notions that we keep hearing on frequent basis i.e. gender inequality when it comes to entrepreneurship. I have always been in absolute awe of all those people who built their worlds from nothing and who painted the canvas of their lives with their favorite colors instead of the colours which life handed them.
What has been your greatest achievement personally?
Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. The road to success is always under construction as it’s the journey and the milestones that count. But, if at all I have to name the greatest achievement then it would be having the courage to be the black sheep and have the unconventional career.
If you weren’t doing what you do now, what would you be doing?
I think I would still be working in the similar field in different capacity (consulting, mentoring, visiting faculty).
What does the future hold for you?
I envisage my life and career in the upward direction with the meaningful contribution towards society at large.
